The richness of the red is wonderful especially contrasted with the black - very yin-yang. You keep up what you're doing, I admire it very much.
While I was in Paris I went to a major exhibition of Steichen's photographs........it was one of those defining moments for me. The photos he produced before the start of the first world war were especially overwhelming in their dramatic artistic impact. His bold use of large areas of black in his portrait work of that time was breathtaking and I also got to see his 'pond in the moonlight' and 'flatiron' photos which are far more powerful in real life that they are when seen in a book or on a computer screen....the manipulation and use of light and shadow.....ahhh, I could go on forever!

@Ian Bramham: Thanks a lot, Ian! Your words are truly encouraging.
(You should go on forever, but doing what you do. That is, art.)
