Great mood! This one was taken from a train, right? The trees could be dashing monsters as well... scary.

@dee: Thanks, dee, glad you like it. (Promise, I wasn't trying to mimic your grey... it's unique and yours.)
The photo was actually taken from a bus (it doesn't matter much, for that matter).
I liked your interpretation. Very much.
Very cool abstract work.

@Daroru: Thanks. Is it that abstract?...
yep... this is quite the opposite ;-)... Where were you heading so fast that evening? :))

@LaPierre: You're right, Pierre. Full of motion.
Where was I heading? Nowhere fast.
Very abstract. A beautiful work, and beautiful white and black!

@paola veneziani photography: Thanks, Paola, for such a nice comment.
There's a a feeling of dystopia. The anticipation seems quite apocalyptic.
(The companionship of ghosts?) ___
I like the blackness, and how the negative space invades the photo...

@n: I'd tone "apocalyptic" down to "menacing," but that's my impression...
(May very well be.) ___
Which one do you think is the negative space?
This is a reminder that we should all experiment more with our cameras. Rules are for breaking and what a dashing shot this has created.

@AG: Absolutely agree. Thanks for your nice words.
To me the black part is the negative space in this one... but now that you asked the question the other part could also serve as the negative space...

@n: I thought the quote would serve as a hint... But then again, it's always in the eye of the beholder.
Magnifique !

@Inés: Merci, Inés, encore une fois !
This is the kind of enigmatic image of yours that I love most!

@Ian Bramham: I'm posting a similar one tomorrow (May 20) especially for you :)
Hope you like it!
So striking, it made me stop and take pause!

@bluechameleon: And yet it's a motion shot... Nice comment, thanks...
